Thrive Pet Healthcare Appoints New Director of Human Resources


Anahita Cameron fills this role with considerable experience in senior positions and in the veterinary industry.

Thrive Pet Healthcare has appointed Anahita Cameron as Director of Human Resources, where she will lead the people-centric vision for more than 400 primary, acute and specialty hospitals nationwide with more than 10,000 team members.

With over 25 years of experience leading the People function and a history of driving strong organizational growth along with a dedication to employees, customers and local communities, Cameron joins the Thrive team.

Cameron’s experience includes senior positions in various industries, including Aspen Dental, where she most recently served as Director of Human Resources – HealthPartners and Target Corporation, according to the release. She also has particular expertise in the veterinary field, having previously served as Vice President, People and Organization for Banfield Pet Hospitals with Mars Corporation.

According to the release, Cameron currently serves on various boards, including the YMCA and Cookie Cart. Additionally, she is a past recipient of the OnCon Icon Awards, recognized by her peers as one of the Top 100 Human Resources Professionals.
