The Botswana Resources, Infrastructure and Energy Forum “BRIEF” 2022 will be held on 16-17 May 2022 at the GICC, Gaborone, Botswana. The Botswana Resources, Infrastructure and Energy Forum is a renamed and expanded version of the Botswana Resource Sector Conference (BRSC), successfully held for 17 years in Gaborone. BRIEF will build on the previous successes of the conference and provide delegates with a focused investment networking event in Botswana which is kindly endorsed and supported by the Ministry of Minerals, Green Technologies and Energy Security and the House of mines in Botswana.

Agenda is now available online

BRIEF will offer delegates a mix of presentations, panel discussions, exhibitions and one-on-one meetings interspersed with various networking opportunities. BRIEF will focus on the future of the resource sector and renewable energy generation in Botswana, as well as the infrastructure challenges and opportunities presented in Botswana. BRIEF should be followed by stakeholders of African resource, energy, environment and infrastructure projects with a particular interest in the future of energy in Botswana. Investment and development projects will be profiled and after a Covid pause, BRIEF will provide an excellent opportunity for some to network in person between investors, resource and energy professionals, government officials, financiers and other industry-related consultants.
