HIGH RATINGS: Educational donation to PSPC, Animal Ambassadors


At the sources of Saratoga, Mackey Auto Group donated $ 30,000 to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center education program. The program serves approximately 50,000 students in the Capital District each year. The program will help support PSPC’s free arts programming like the Learning Library, Classical Kids Program, and dance workshops with the New York City Ballet and the National Dance Institute. This contribution marks the start of a five-year campaign as part of Subaru of America’s annual “Share the Love” event. At Spa Ballston, Animal Ambassadors of Saratoga County 4-H recently served as community leaders at the Saratoga County Fair and Clifton Park Library. Saratoga County 4-H Animal Ambassadors is a
Competitive program that helps children deepen their understanding and involvement in the animal industry, providing skills in science, language arts, leadership and creative thinking. In July, Animal Ambassadors served as assistants at the 4-H Fair animal shows and presented the Horse Tails program at a local library. Saratoga County 4-H offers a variety of opportunities for youth, including other animal science programs and general interest programs.
